SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS

Receive these special benefits when you become a subscriber!
 
• Great savings: Subscribers receive up to 35% off individual tickets.

• Unlimited flexible exchanges: Can't make a concert in your subscription package? Exchange your tickets to any other NJSO subscription concert at any venue. Exchanges can be done by phone, mail, fax or in person. One free exchange is allowed per ticket. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of $5. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has occurred. Exchanges are subject to availability. Forty-eight hours notice is appreciated.

• 10% discount on additional tickets: Receive 10% off most tickets to NJSO concerts. Purchase additional tickets to concerts in your subscription package and bring friends, or purchase tickets not in your package and experience a different concert hall. Individual tickets are not refundable, but they can be exchanged for a $5 per-ticket fee. Restrictions may apply; discounts are not available for special concerts and events.

• Access to the Subscribers' Concierge Desk: Visit the Concierge before any subscription concert or contact the Concierge by phone to receive personalized service tailored to your concert-going needs. Need to exchange your tickets? Want a recommendation for a fabulous post-concert restaurant? Directions? Simply ask the Concierge! Call 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476) or 973.624.3713.

• Priority seating on all subscription orders: Subscribers receive seating priority over individual ticket buyers.

• Special offers: Receive priority notification of new events in addition to special offers for subscribers only.

• Ticket turn-in: Can’t attend a concert? Donate your tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476). Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.

• Free ticket replacement: For lost or stolen tickets, simply visit the Subscribers' Concierge Desk an hour before the performance or call 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476), and we will reprint them free of charge.
