To purchase online during Subscribers’ Priority Week (July 30—August 5) and to receive your discount, log in to your online subscriber account and then select the additional concerts you would like to purchase. Learn more about the concerts and hear music clips of the programs.

Please note: Patron Services is not able to help with password resets. Use the email address attached to your account to reset your password.  An email with a password recovery link will be sent to the email address you entered when creating the online account.

I’ve logged into my online subscriber account in the past, but I can't remember my password and/or email address.

  • Forgot your password? No worries! Just use this link and we’ll send a new temporary password to the email address attached to the account. If you don't remember which email address you used, we can confirm the address by phone at 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476) Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.
  • Forgot the email address you used for this online account? You can also use your subscriber ID number to log in to you account. You can find this number on on your Subscriber ID card, which was mailed with your subscription tickets.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to select your additional concerts using your subscriber discount!

I've bought tickets on your site before, but I've never renewed or purchased additional tickets online using my subscriber discount.
