Join the New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players in celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with this patriotic event. Enjoy a cocktail reception with the view of majestic ships in the bay while the New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players serenade with patriotic favorites. It is sure to be an unforgettable night of celebration with the largest peacetime gathering of this flotilla of ships.

This event is presented in partnership with the Sandy Hook Foundation.

Marking the New Jersey Symphony’s Rowan debut, and geared toward audiences ages 12 and up, this program provides an educational sampling of chamber music masterworks from four distinct composers, including Felix Mendelssohn, Antonín Dvořák, Florence Price and Jessie Montgomery, in honor of America’s 250th birthday. Come see your New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players in action as they join Rowan University in kicking off their new Marie Rader Series season. They will be joined by Rowan University faculty and alumni as special guests.
