Sandy Hook Chapel (35 Hartshorne Drive) in Sandy Hook
Join the New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players in celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with this patriotic event. Enjoy a cocktail reception with the view of majestic ships in the bay while the New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players serenade with patriotic favorites. It is sure to be an unforgettable night of celebration with the largest peacetime gathering of this flotilla of ships.
This event is presented in partnership with the Sandy Hook Foundation.

To My Nation
Pfleeger Concert Hall at Rowan University (North Campus Drive) in Glassboro
Marking the New Jersey Symphony’s Rowan debut, and geared toward audiences ages 12 and up, this program provides an educational sampling of chamber music masterworks from four distinct composers, including Felix Mendelssohn, Antonín Dvořák, Florence Price and Jessie Montgomery, in honor of America’s 250th birthday. Come see your New Jersey Symphony Chamber Players in action as they join Rowan University in kicking off their new Marie Rader Series season. They will be joined by Rowan University faculty and alumni as special guests.
This concert is presented by Rowan University’s College of the Arts as part of their Marie Rader Series.

Unearth a Story
The New Jersey Symphony and Newark Public Libraries present a children’s program titled “Unearth a Story”. This program presents the wonderful stories that come from reading and explores how music can help bring those stories to life with interactive storytelling.
This series is presented in partnership with the Newark Public Library.

Symphony in the Stacks
This summer, the New Jersey Symphony and Jersey City Free Public Library present Symphony in the Stacks. Enjoy free chamber music programming for both children and adults at five library branches throughout Jersey City!
