Patron Services

  • Call us Monday–Friday from 10 am–5 pm at 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476). We’re also here on concert-weekend Saturdays from 11 am–5 pm.
  • Call us at 973.624.3713 when the office is closed and leave your message. We’ll call you back promptly during office hours.
  • Email your questions to tickets@njsymphony.org 
  • We kindly ask that patrons not visit the office to purchase tickets at this time as we are still working a rotating hybrid schedule due to the pandemic. Please call or email Patron Services, and we’ll follow up as soon as possible.

Please note: On concert Sundays, our team goes directly to the concert venue. You can purchase a ticket online until the concert start time or directly at the venue. If you leave us a message prior to the concert, we will always retroactively honor your donation and exchange requests.

You are welcome to call Patron Services at 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476) to inquire about socially distanced seating options for our performances. All socially distanced seating is subject to availability for each performance.
