Morristown Green shares scenes from NJSO outdoor concert

June 23, 2014

Morristown Green was on the scene for the NJSO’s performance at the Giralda Music & Arts Festival at Giralda Farms in Madison on Sunday, June 22.

It was the sort of summer afternoon where you were glad to have your camera handy.

Rolling lawn. Panoramic sky. Picnic baskets.

And the New Jersey Symphony.

Sunday’s 31st annual Giralda Music & Arts Festival concluded the first weekend of summer in style.

Associate Conductor Gemma New led the NJSO in a crowd-pleasing program that served classical favorites and pop hits celebrating New Jersey’s 350th anniversary.
