NJSO accepts JerseyArts.com People’s Choice Award

NJSO President & CEO James Roe accepted the NJSO’s JerseyArts.com People’s Choice Award at a ceremony on Thursday, March 20. The NJSO garnered the award for “Favorite Symphony/Orchestra” in the sixth annual awards race.

“We’re so pleased to be voted New Jersey’s favorite orchestra,” Roe says. “And it is an honor that we do not take lightly. The People’s Choice Awards are as much about what we give to our communities as it is about what they give back to us. We are so humbled by this outpouring of public support.”

Nearly 12,000 fans voted to determine the award winners; we congratulate our fellow arts organizations and friends who received well-deserved recognition.
