An NJSO brass quintet will perform at the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Newark’s Military Park on Friday, June 13. The quintet will begin performing at 12 pm; the ceremony will start at 12:30.
David Larson and James De La Garza (trumpets), Theresa MacDonnell (horn), Vernon Post (trombone) and Andrew Baker (tuba) will play classic pops favorites to kick off the celebratory event.
