NJSO Youth Orchestras Spotlight Presented by M&T Bank

Academy Mentors provide peer-to-peer encouragement and support to students in NJSO CHAMPS, the NJSO Training Ensemble and NJPAC Symphonic Band. Volunteers from the NJSO Youth Orchestras’ upper-level ensembles assist coaches and conductors in classes and rehearsals. Mentors are integral to the fabric of the preparatory ensembles and receive training and community service credits in return.
