Patron Services Representative

The New Jersey Symphony, the state’s largest performing arts organization, seeks part-time Patron Services Representatives. The New Jersey Symphony performs subscription concerts in five locations throughout New Jersey including its magnificent home, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).

Status: Part-Time, non-exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a superior level of customer service to New Jersey Symphony patrons and guests.
  • Answer phones during Ticket Office hours.
  • Process phone and mail ticket orders in Tessitura software.
  • Operate concert ticket office window at five venues on an as-needed basis.
  • Resolve customer ticketing problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Ability to travel to away-venue concerts when needed.

We will train on Tessitura software.

SALARY

Commensurate with experience.
