Our Commitment

New Jersey Symphony donors, subscribers and concertgoers have been the foundation of the New Jersey Symphony for over 100 years. We would not exist today without your generous support.

We would like to confirm our commitment to all patrons that we are here for you and will provide you the best in customer service. Your confidence in the New Jersey Symphony and generous support is very much appreciated.

Please know that we are committed to meeting your needs:

  • The safety of our patrons, musicians and staff is our most important priority. We will follow guidelines from the CDC, State of New Jersey and our venue partners, and we will accommodate any patron who feels they are not able to safely return.
  • You are welcome to call Patron Services at 1.800.ALLEGRO (255.3476) to inquire about socially distanced seating options for our performances. All socially distanced seating is subject to availability for each performance.
  • If an event needs to be postponed, rescheduled or canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide detailed information with multiple flexible ticket options, including ticket exchanges, account credits, ticket donations or refunds for canceled performances.
  • Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Jersey Symphony has made virtual performances and educational online programs available for free on demand, reaching more than 10 million people across the Orchestra’s digital channels. We look forward to sharing more virtual experiences with our communities, while also safely welcoming audiences back to in-person events.
